Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of beverage preparation and service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Understanding of food handling and safety regulations is essential.

Pay: $15.56 - $30.00 per hour
