The GOD’S CHILD Project is a non-denominational, international nonprofit dedicated to breaking the chains of poverty through education, housing, healthcare, and human rights. We are looking for a Fundraising & Campaign Manager to lead strategic fundraising efforts, cultivate donor and sponsor relationships, and fuel our life-changing work around the world.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan, lead, and manage impactful fundraising campaigns that support GCP’s mission and programs.
- Build and strengthen relationships with donors, sponsors, corporate partners, foundations, and community stakeholders.
- Oversee donor retention, stewardship, matching gift programs, and ongoing giving strategies.
- Organize and execute fundraising events such as galas, community fundraisers, and donor appreciation gatherings.
- Develop compelling proposals, fundraising materials, and campaign messaging that inspire action.
- Use donor insights and data to guide strategy, track progress, and meet fundraising goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, programs, and leadership to align messaging and campaigns with GCP’s voice and vision.
- Represent The GOD’S CHILD Project at events, conferences, and donor meetings.
What We’re Looking For:

- 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or campaign management
- Proven success managing campaigns or growing donor programs
- Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for service and the ability to inspire generosity
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and donor-facing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Creative thinker with experience in donor engagement and event planning
- Willing to travel occasionally for donor meetings, events, and partnership opportunities
