This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour/week schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infant and toddler-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, nannying, or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Experience working with infants is a plus
