What Youll Do :
Design and implement creative, play-based lesson plans tailored to toddler development
Foster a nurturing and engaging classroom that promotes curiosity and learning
Support toddlers in developing key skills, including language, motor coordination, and independence
Use hands-on activities, music, and movement to enhance learning experiences
Build strong relationships with children, families, and co-teachers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment
Observe and document childrens progress and milestones
What Were Looking For :
Associate or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field preferred)
Previous teaching experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Passionate about child development and early learning
Creative, energetic, and team-oriented
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
