Responsibilities :
Plan and support the implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere

Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications :
Must meet state criteria for childcare employment
Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for early childhood development and education
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
