Position : Lead Preschool Teacher
Location : Aurora, Ohio

What Youll Do :
- Lead engaging lessons : Create and implement developmentally appropriate, hands-on lesson plans that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Foster creativity and curiosity : Encourage children to explore and discover through play, art, science, and inquiry-based learning.
- Build relationships : Establish strong connections with children, parents, and fellow staff members to create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment.
- Ensure safety : Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate : Work closely with other teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning experience and provide individualized attention to each child.
- Lead Teachers
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Works productively without supervision
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. in connection with the handling of children

What Were Looking For :
Child Development Associate (CDA), Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education preferred or comparable field experience
