As a Lead Teacher at our school, you'll coordinate the daily operations of your assigned classes. Youll plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities while ensuring a safe, fun learning environment for children. Youll work closely with children and parents to provide quality customer service and help children thrive.

- Education: Associate or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience working with children preferred
- Certifications:
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 45-hour infant/toddler certification, 90-hour preschool certification preferred
- CPR/First Aid, Basic Health and Safety, and ADA training preferred
- Skills:
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty
- Calmly handle stressful situations while multitasking to keep the school running smoothly
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and emergencies (including lifting infants for Infant & Toddler Teachers)
- Other: Background check eligibility required

Salary : $16 - $22
