    • What Youll Do :

  • Plan and lead educational and fun activities for children in a safe, engaging environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a creative, dynamic curriculum.
  • Communicate with parents daily through apps or personal discussions about their childs progress and milestones.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : High School or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Certifications : 90-hour preschool certification or Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred but not required.
  • Experience : 1-2 years preferred but not required.
  • Skills : Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
