Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferredChild Development Associate (CDA) preferred1-2 years of previous experience preferredDevelops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty membersAbility to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operationsFor Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a cribMeets background check eligibilityAbout Goddard Schools
