Overview
A Lead or Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment. Teachers work in multiple rooms until their permanent room comes available. This helps set our new teachers up for success and allows a smooth transition into their new role.
We are looking for experienced teachers in Early Childhood Education. Our school has served Broadview Heights and surrounding areas for over 20 years, and our children range from infant , toddler , preschool , pre-k , and school age ages. Prospective applicants should be nurturing, energetic, highly motivated, and a solid communicator. If you are, we will be excited to have you join our award-winning team.
Lead Teachers will work collaboratively with a Co-Teacher and in conjunction with the entire faculty. Comprehensive and thorough paid training will be provided initially and will be on-going. Teamwork, employee empowerment, and accountability are highly valued.
