Overview
A Lead or Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment. Teachers work in multiple rooms until their permanent room comes available. This helps set our new teachers up for success and allows a smooth transition into their new role.
We are looking for experienced teachers in Early Childhood Education. Our school has served Broadview Heights and surrounding areas for over 20 years, and our children range from infant , toddler , preschool , pre-k , and school age ages. Lead Teachers will work collaboratively with a Co-Teacher and in conjunction with the entire faculty. Comprehensive and thorough paid training will be provided initially and will be on-going. Teamwork, employee empowerment, and accountability are highly valued.
Preferred Educational Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (or a child-related degree) is preferredAssociates degree in Early Childhood Education (or a child-related degree)Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching credentialCurrently enrolled in a CDA or degreed programEmployee Benefits
