The Goddard School of Chagrin Falls, Ohio is seeking a passionate, experienced Lead and Assistant Teachers with the skills and desire to provide children with a nurturing, child centered learning experience! We have immediate openings, apply today!
Our school has : Infant, toddler, Pre-k and school age programs.
The Goddard School is an industry-leading child-care center for children from six weeks to six years. At Goddard, children are encouraged to develop at their own pace in a nurturing environment, lovingly guided by our highly skilled, professional teachers. The Goddard School uses the most current and academically endorsed method of inquiry based learning. The Goddard School's Wonder of Learning (our proprietary curriculum) :

- Associates or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Prior classroom experience (Preferred, will train)
- Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong written and communication skills
- High School Diploma
- Prior childcare experience (Preferred, will train)
- Pursuing degree (CDA and Early Childhood Degree partnerships with TEACH Ohio)
- Child Care Experience : 1 year (Preferred, will train)

Full Time Benefits :
Lead Teachers, with help from their Assistant Teacher (or co-lead), are responsible for ensuring compliance with Goddard's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards. Lead Teachers write and implement their own lesson plans based on Goddard Developmental Guidelines and monthly school themes. Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!
