Timings : 7 AM to 6 PM (Flexible hours)

Job Summary : We are seeking a passionate and energetic Music, Dance, and Theatre Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong background in performing arts. This role involves creating and implementing engaging curriculum for children aged [specific age range, e.g., 2-5 years old] to introduce them to the joy of music, dance, and theatre in a fun and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Curriculum Development : Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for music, dance, and theatre activities. Tailor lessons to meet the developmental needs and interests of each age group.
- Instruction : Teach and lead daily classes, including music, dance, and theatre sessions. Utilize various teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure active participation.
- Engagement : Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-expression. Foster a love for the arts through interactive and hands-on activities.
- Assessment : Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other daycare staff to integrate arts programming with other areas of the curriculum. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall development of the daycares programs.
- Annual Showcase : Lead and Ability to showcase Childrens' skills through performances to families in an annual show.
- Supporting Teacher : Acting as supporting teacher in classrooms as and when needed by the school.
- Communication : Maintain open and regular communication with parents and guardians regarding their childs progress and participation in the arts programs.
- Safety and Compliance : Ensure a safe and secure environment for all children. Follow all daycare policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
