The Goddard School is looking for a motivated, self-starter for an Education and Quality Assurance Director position at our School. The Director will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role involves supporting the Director, Teachers and Classrooms with maintaining Educational and Quality Assurance compliance while fostering positive relationships with parents and the Goddard community.
Qualifications :
defined as 64 semester hours in any discipline with a minimum of 21 semester hours of college credit in child development, early childhood education or early childhood special education) and
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the implementation of a high-quality educational program
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School
Support the recruitment, training and supervision of staff
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families
