The Goddard School® located in Gilbert (East Germann), AZ is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher for our preschool program (Potty trained 3 / 4 year olds). We offer smaller group sizes for a better environment for teachers and children! This room never goes above 20 students with two teachers, despite most child care centers going to 26 at this age group! Come enjoy a more quality environment.
Lead Teacher Key Responsibilities :
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
Maintain open and effective communication with parents / guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom and common areas
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
