We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic professional to support our administrative functions and contribute directly to our classrooms as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director with daily administrative tasks, including enrollment, staff scheduling, and communication with families.
- Ensure compliance with Step Up to Quality standards, maintaining our high level of quality and excellence.
- Step into classrooms to support teachers, maintain ratios, and provide hands-on engagement with children.
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative environment for staff, children, and families.
- Assist in planning and implementing curriculum, special events, and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Monitor and support classroom operations, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and educational best practices.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in early childhood education, classroom teaching, or daycare administration.
- Knowledge of Step Up to Quality standards and processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to step into classroom roles as needed, maintaining a nurturing and professional demeanor.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
