The Goddard School in Independence is looking for a Full-Time Assistant Director & Classroom Mentor to help lead our team while bringing the Wonder of Learning curriculum to life!

What Youll Do :

Support the Director in daily operations, compliance, and staff development

Step into classrooms to model best practices and ensure curriculum excellence

Foster a warm, nurturing environment where children and teachers thrive

Collaborate with families and staff to create a strong school community

Maintain Step Up to Quality standards, ensuring excellence in early education

Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios

Who You Are :

Experienced in a childcare office setting with leadership responsibilities

Knowledgeable about Step Up to Quality and high-quality early learning standards

Passionate about the Wonder of Learning curriculum and child-led discovery

A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Eager to make a lasting impact on young learners and their families
