What You’ll Do:
- Float between classrooms to provide consistent, loving care for children.
- Step in for teacher vacations and sick days to maintain continuity.
- Assist with diapering, feeding, and engaging activities across different age groups.
- Support classroom routines and provide teachers with breaks throughout the day.
- Create a positive and nurturing environment for every child.
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working with all age groups (infants to preschoolers).
- A team player who can adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles.
- A caring, patient, and energetic educator with a passion for early childhood development.
- Experience in childcare or early education is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!
