What Youll Do:
- Greet families with a smile and make every parent, child, and staff member feel welcome
- Help in classrooms as needed
- Keep things running smoothly by handling enrollment, scheduling, and daily operations
- Assist with family communications, ensuring parents feel informed and supported
- Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and school policies
- Support teachers and staff with administrative needs to help create a seamless learning environment
- Organize school events and celebrations to keep the joy flowing!
What Were Looking For:
- A friendly, upbeat personality with great communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in an office or childcare setting (bonus if you have both!)
- A team player who can juggle multiple tasks with a smile
- Tech-savviness (email, scheduling, record-keeping you got this!)
- A passion for early childhood education and creating a positive school environment
- Must be able to work as late as 6:15pm, Monday through Friday.

Salary : $17 - $20
