High school diploma required, Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferredExperience working and leading a Preschool classroom requiredShows empathy and compassion for young childrenProven experience in a licensed early childhood facilityReliable and dependable , a team player. Good, positive energy.Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergencies.
