Description: This position is responsible for building strong, positive, trustworthy, relationships with all stakeholders (children, faculty, parents, Goddard Systems, Owner) and assisting the School Director in the implementation of all policies, systems, and curriculum. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the school including managing staff, parents, children, health & safety, education, and all aspects of the school and business. This position works in close collaboration with the Owner, Assistant Directors, faculty and children.
Build strong, positive, trustworthy relationships with all stakeholders (children, faculty, parents, Goddard Systems, Owner).
Mentor and coach faculty to ensure a positive, inspiring, safe, intentional, fun learning environment.
Interview, onboard, train, mentor, support faculty with classroom environment, learning, instruction, and behavior management.
Observe and support children and partner with families to ensure a productive learning and growing experience.
Support the implementation of the Wonder of Learning Curriculum, School specific curriculums and Goddard Q.A. Health and Safety Standards.
Support the implementation of policies, systems, and curriculum to achieve Owners objectives regarding all aspects of school and business operations.
Support the daily operation of the school including managing staff, parents, children, health & safety, education, and all aspects of the school and business.
Work in close collaboration with the Owner, Assistant Director(s), faculty and children.
Other duties as assigned.
This Goddard School is a trilingual preschool which teaches English, Spanish, and Mandarin in a Reggio-Emilia style approach from birth through Pre-K.
