- Foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of children in a safe and supportive setting.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Assist with classroom organization, management, and preparation of learning materials.
- Observe and document children’s behavior, progress, and milestones.
- Build positive relationships with families and communicate regularly about their child’s day.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development to continue growing your skills.
- Conduct infant safe sleep checks.
