The Goddard School® located in Parker, CO is looking for a motivated self-starter for a Director’s position at our school.
At a minimum, a candidate will only be considered for this position if they are a Level III or higher and have a minimum of three years of experience as an Assistant Director or Director in a large licensed early childhood education school. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and be a team player.
We are a large, fast-paced school with 13 classrooms spread over two buildings. Our management team consists of four team members who rotate between buildings in order to support all staff and families. Each team member is responsible for opening (6:30-3:30 pm) twice a week and closing (9:00-6:15) twice a week. The opening/closing shifts are rotated each Friday.

The Goddard School Director must have strong leadership skills, take initiative, be an excellent communicator, and can motivate and inspire others. Teacher support and fostering strong rapport with our families is a must.
The Director responsibilities include:
- Overseeing preschool operations including human resources, staffing, quality assurance, and facility operations
- Maintaining compliance with Licensing, Health Department and Goddard QA
- Developing strong relationships with our families and staff
- Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
- Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education

Pay is dependent upon experience, especially working as a Director in a large childcare center.
