The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking responsible, dependable, motivated and caring individuals for full time teaching position in our Infant program. Our facility is a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classroom, half court gym, gross motor room and 3 separate playgrounds.
Job requirements include following state and Goddard regulations, successful classroom management using developmentally appropriate practices, working with other Infant teachers to implement lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas, parent communication, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment. Candidates should be able to lift 25 pounds, sustain high level of activity, bend, stoop and sit on the floor. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year of experience working in a center or group atmosphere as well as a CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. All candidates must possess excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education. Focus on teamwork and customer service required!
