Qualifications:
- 1 years experience of prior classroom or child care experience
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and inherent love for young children
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Implement weekly lesson plans based on Goddard’s Developmental Guidelines and monthly school themes
- Participate in staff and training meetings
- Meet the individual needs of the children
- Maintain effective, proactive and positive parent communication
- Encourage and help develop self-esteem and social skills
- Ensure compliance with Goddard’s Industry leading Quality Assurance standards
