Your role will involve implementing an age-appropriate curriculum, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a love for learning and exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement dynamic, engaging lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum
- Provide a variety of interactive and hands-on learning experiences through play, storytelling, sensory activities, arts and crafts, music, movement, and more
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected
- Monitor, document, and assess each child's progress, using observation and assessment tools, and provide detailed feedback to parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, well-rounded educational program
- Use effective classroom management and positive reinforcement techniques to promote positive behaviors
- Offer individualized attention to children who may require additional support or early intervention
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, development milestones, and progress reports

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
