As part of a larger franchise system, in operation for 35 years, we are the premiere spot for early childhood learning for children from six weeks to six years old. - Overseeing the operations of the School, specifically focusing on educational programming, relationship building, faculty training & development, and quality assurance
- Using a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the School for the future
- Developing strong relationships with our families
- Managing a budget
- Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
- Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education

- Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
