At The Goddard School® in Independence, Ohio, we’re looking for a nurturing, organized, and enthusiastic Early Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll work with 2–2.5-year-olds—a sweet spot for curiosity, big feelings, and potty training milestones.
Your Impact:
- Lead a warm, structured, and playful classroom for early preschoolers.
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with our Wonder of Learning Program.
- Provide consistent, encouraging potty training support in partnership with families.
- Create a classroom culture built on trust, patience, and joy.
- Communicate daily with families to build strong relationships and reinforce classroom learning at home.
You Bring:
- High School Diploma
- An CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or in progress) is preferred.
- Prior experience in a toddler or early preschool classroom.
- A deep understanding of toddler development and the potty training process.
- A positive attitude, a warm personality, and a team-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a love for helping young children succeed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
