Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans for children aged 2.5 to 3 years old.
- Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment where children can explore and thrive.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on activities and play.
- Maintain strong communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and milestones.
- Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness, following all licensing and health regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive and cohesive school environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.
- Experience working with toddlers or preschool-age children in an educational setting.
- Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to meet all state licensing requirements, including background checks and health screenings.
