Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers.
- Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while encouraging positive interactions among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Provide individualized support to children, including those with special needs, to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
