Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and families to the school
- Answering phone calls, taking, and delivering messages
- Filing and paperwork
- Creating lobby signage using Microsoft office
- Scheduling meetings and events and assist in organizing and execution.
- Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Supporting classrooms when needed (:10% classroom time)
- Having a genuine love for children
- No nights / No Weekends

- CDA or higher in a related field
- DCF 45 hours certification
- At least 5 years of classroom experience in a licensed center
