**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children aged 3-5 years. The Preschool Teacher will develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the developmental needs of each child and aligns with educational standards.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive social interactions.
- Plan and organize daily activities, including storytime, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play, to foster a love of learning.
- Assess individual children’s development and progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with parents and caregivers.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to share ideas, resources, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with early childhood education techniques and standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
