What You’ll Do:

• Float between classrooms to provide consistent, loving care for children.
• Step in for teacher vacations and sick days to maintain continuity.
• Assist with diapering, feeding, and engaging activities across different age groups.
• Support classroom routines and provide teachers with breaks throughout the day.
• Create a positive and nurturing environment for every child.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable working with all age groups (infants to preschoolers).
• A team player who can adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles.
• A caring, patient, and energetic educator with a passion for early childhood development.
• Experience in childcare or early education is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!
