Position Summary
The Manager, Franchise Sales Reporting and Analytics will track, analyze and report on franchise sales activities across the US. Specific activities include, but are not limited to, tracking pipelines, forecasting future sales, tracking completed sales and ensuring timely follow-up by sellers on nationally generated leads. This position will work closely with other departments: Marketing and F, P & A to ensure alignment across the 3 departments. This position will also be responsible for CRM data and managing field updates within the opportunity object of MS Dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Management: Gathering sales data from CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Evaluating sales metrics – Awards verse quota, conversion rates, and quarterly commitments. Including visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Sales Forecasting: Utilizing historical data and market insights to predict future sales performance and set realistic targets.
- CRM Management: Maintaining the integrity of CRM data, ensuring accurate information for analysis.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with marketing, Finance and sales teams to align data analysis with overall business objectives
- Identifying Improvement Opportunities: Using data analysis to identify areas for process optimization and sales strategy refinement.
Experience and Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively
- Statistical knowledge and understanding of key sales metrics
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of core sales principles, with minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting sales performance metrics
- Proficiency working within and report creation in a sales CRM software (MS Dynamics a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience with planning and executing sales campaigns
