Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Floor Manager who will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and overseeing the overall operation of the warehouse. This person will work closely with the Operations Manager to supervise staff, ensure accurate receipt and dispatch of goods, maintain and control inventory, maintain a safe and organized working environment and help drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing store and warehouse operations
- Ensure the store and warehouse is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure inventory is properly reconciled and accounted for
- Help train and motivate store and warehouse team members
- Support sales goals and ensure all policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to efficiently manage inventory and space
Experience in planning and coordinating shipments, deliveries, and overall workflow
Ability to implement and maintain effective organizational systems
