Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Puller to join our dynamic team. The Puller will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and according to company standards. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and safety, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pull items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Verify product quantities and quality before packing for shipment.
- Maintain organization of the warehouse by ensuring products are stored in their designated locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely (training may be provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to management promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
