JOB SUMMARY
The Godek Center is a high-end plastic surgery institute with locations spanning across central New Jersey. We are looking to expand the knowledge of our services and business within the local community. A Community Marketing Liaison plays a vital role in connecting and maintaining relationships with local businesses in the community to ultimately increase revenue.
This position often involves a blend of marketing strategy, community engagement, and relationship building to enhance a company’s visibility and reputation at the local level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell and promote the brand of The Godek Center to existing and potential clients
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients
- Generate new business and revenue by prospecting, networking, cold-calling and door to door outreach
- Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory
- Assist with corporate marketing strategies and expand the The Godek Center to new markets
- Collaborate with local businesses and host onsite quarterly events with the goal to drive surgical and non-surgical revenue
- Supply administration with reports and information as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a strong and dedicated passion for beauty, aesthetics and plastic surgery
- Compelling knowledge of the plastic surgery industry and services offered at The Godek Center
- Willingness to travel frequently with own transportation and work flexible hours
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

- Monthly stipend of $2,000 to $3,000 based on qualifications
- Quarterly commission ranging between $0 and $10,000 based on accomplished sales goals
