Compensation:$100,000
Responsibilities:- Attend in-depth training sessions with the Gogan Team to develop and improve skills and knowledge
- Efficiently utilize provided leads to successfully close home sales
- Dedicate efforts to grow and diversify client base within the initial year
- Improve communication skills to effectively guide buyers and sellers
- Perfect the Buyer Presentation and deliver it professionally to clients
- Generate purchase offers for buyer clients to streamline the closing process
- Manage and nurture the customer pipeline effectively
- Communicate with buyers and sellers to grasp their home preferences and locate suitable properties
- Consistently follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities
- Engage with clients to identify their ideal home requirements and align them with suitable properties
- Must have a willingness to adapt to new technologies, practices, and systems
- Positive attitude and a strong desire for continuous learning
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and genuine manner
- Holds a valid Real Estate license or is actively working towards obtaining one
- Demonstrates determination and readiness to invest effort
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Proficient in utilizing technology
- Displays a team-player mindset and willing to support colleagues
- Available for training sessions during the week
