A little bit about the family:
- This is a family of 3 a loveable dog. They have a 15 month old son who enjoys running, climbing, and doing outside activities. He is a bit shy towards strangers and is a “velcro” baby towards his parents, but the parents are looking for someone who is willing to make that special bond with him. The family enjoys anything outside or where their son can run and play. They are a low toxic household (no heavy perfumes or smoking).
- The father works as a Police Officer and the mother is going to be working from home in a separate office. The mother will be taking her lunch break around the time her son takes naps. So she would live to put him down for a nap as the nanny takes her lunch break. The nanny during this time can also tidy up and get ready for the afternoon (snacks, lunch, and fun activities).
- Pets: The family dog is large but very playful and loveable. To make it easier on the family and nanny as she is focusing on the child throughout the day. The family has arranged the dog to go to a doggy daycare. The family would love it if the nanny could take the dog to daycare in the morning. The schedule would look like this: Monday & Tuesday 8-9AM taking the dog to daycare, 9AM-5PM nannying the child. Thursday (with some flexibility required) 9-10AM taking the dog to daycare, 10AM-3PM nannying the child. The family will provide their vehicle to transport the dog.
- Parents' Parenting Style: Respectful parenting. As long as the child isn’t endangering himself or others or property they like to let him explore and learn.
- Screen Time Rules: Having the TV on low stimulation shows is fine.
This family is looking for someone who is:
- Kind and patient: can maintain a calm environment and adapt to challenging situations.
- Trustworthiness: we want to be confident in the nanny's ability to prioritize child's safety and well-being.
- Reliability: be punctual and dependable.
- Empathy: understands and connects with children emotionally, providing them with the support and care they need.
- Great Personality: Looking for someone warm, friendly, and full of positive energy. If you love kids and can go with the flow, you’ll fit right in!

- Long Term Nanny: at least 3 years or until the child goes to school.
