This position offers compensation based on a percentage of the total case earnings, distributed as the case progresses.
Compensation :
60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and standards
- Attend court hearings when needed.
- Taking care of the client's case from beginning to end
