Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks: Make coffee, espresso, tea, and other drinks
- Prepare food: Serve sandwiches, pastries, and baked goods
- Take orders: Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions
- Process payments: Accept cash and credit payments
- Maintain equipment: Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Manage inventory: Track supplies like coffee beans, milk, and disposable items
- Ensure cleanliness: Keep the work area, seating, and equipment clean and organized
- Follow health and safety: Comply with health and safety regulations
- Provide customer service: Help customers feel welcome and satisfied
- Work with a team: Collaborate with other staff to meet goals
