Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate AI Engineer to join our Asset Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Machine Learning (ML), quantitative finance, statistics, and large language models. The role involves working horizontally across the division to identify and solve business problems using advanced AI solutions, both in the quantitative and fundamental domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various business units to identify challenges that can be addressed through AI and ML solutions.
- Develop and implement AI models, with a focus on time series analysis, and enhancing productivity and efficiency using generative AI technologies.
- Scale AI solutions to division-wide applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, ML, and related fields to continuously improve the division's AI capabilities.
- Lead projects from conception to completion, including planning, research, development, and implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in ML, quantitative finance, and statistics.
- Proficient in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Proven ability to develop and scale AI solutions in a business environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI applications within the finance sector.
- A track record of innovation and creative problem solving in AI.
