Job Summary:

We are seeking an associate level Product Manager to join our RIA Custody & Clearing team. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing our custody and clearing services, ensuring they align with organization's goals, market trends, regulatory requirements, and client needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, technology, sales, compliance, and external clients, to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

What You will Do:

• Work on complex custody & clearing product initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders to understand, prioritize, and solve the problems by engaging with engineering teams.
• Build and own product backlog(s) in JIRA and organize various initiatives with concise requirements.
• Engage with adjacent product teams and regional colleagues to drive product synergies and collaborate with technology and operations teams to develop new features, improve existing services, and streamline processes.
• Act Independently as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding custody and clearing products.
• Turn solid insights into problems to be solved by analyzing data to understand user journeys, increased wallet shares, identify market trends, regulatory changes, and client demands.
• Ideation of new product features, enhancements, gather requirements, create visuals to illustrate requirements to technical and non-technical audience.
• Participate, contribute, and communicate Product Roadmap planning, discovery, and delivery of product features.
• Ensure that custody and clearing products comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Identify areas of competitive advantage and develop strategies to enhance our custody product offerings.
• Take initiative and drive projects independently, ensuring timely and effective implementation of product initiatives.

What We're Looking for:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in RIA custody, clearing, or securities services, and SDLC methodologies preferably in a product management role.
• Strong understanding of post-trade processes, Fixed Income and Options, settlements, asset servicing, trade booking models, market data, and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• You will be engaged with service, sales, operations, and marketing teams and be comfortable translating technical information to non-technical people and vice versa.
• Deep understanding in data models to perform data analysis to help investigate issues and product challenges.
• Must be an Inquisitive and critical thinker who can wear many hats and can quickly become an SME on given areas.
• Ability to articulate the "What" to build and "why" to build to your team and various stakeholders.
• You understand how to optimize, prioritize work, events, and incidents. You also understand what should be tracked, how it should be structured, and the taxonomies that should be applied.
