We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and help us maintain these high standards.

Position Overview:
The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas, ensuring a pleasant and sanitary environment. This role requires a hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing an exceptional level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize assigned rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
• Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are used appropriately and stored safely.
• Adhere to safety and health standards in cleaning and disinfecting areas.
• Respond to guest or resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the work area.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when working in private areas.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
