Position Overview:
The Lifestyle Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive lifestyle program that promotes engagement, wellness, and community connection. This role requires a creative and proactive leader who can curate a diverse range of events, activities, and experiences that align with the interests and needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and execute innovative events and programs that enhance the overall lifestyle experience for residents or members.
- Develop and manage a monthly activity calendar that reflects the diverse interests of the community.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless execution of activities, events, and initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere through personalized interactions and attention to individual preferences.
- Coordinate with vendors, local businesses, and partners to offer exciting and unique experiences.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring activities and programs are cost-effective while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Monitor participant feedback and continuously adjust programs to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Lead and mentor a team of staff and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution and top-tier customer service.
- Stay current on trends in lifestyle, wellness, and community engagement to bring fresh ideas to the program.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or lifestyle management, preferably in a community or residential setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for curating memorable experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to ensure the success of events and activities.
