Private Club Summer Pool Servers/Attendants
Location: Roswell, Georgia
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Horseshoe Bend CC seeks energetic, outgoing, engaging, people-loving, and hospitable Summer Pool Servers/Attendants, dedicated to curating and enhancing the member experience and driving premier customer service.
Horseshoe Bend Country Club seeks to become the premier country club in the Atlanta market, providing immense value to our members by enriching their lives and serving as the backdrop to life-long family memories. - Cultivating a Premier Member Experience
- Opening/Closing Sidework
- Daily Food and Beverage Service and Operations
- Driving Sales in a comfortable environment
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized work place
Day To Day
- Working as a team and doing what it takes to get the job done
- Fulfilling member food and beverage orders
- Delivering food and beverage to members on the pool deck
- Cleaning tables, swim grill, and removing trash
- Be aware of the Clubs upcoming activities and events
- Learn members names and greet them appropriately
Candidate Experience and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of casual/bistro dining experience preferred.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pulling and lifting.
- Continuous standing, walking and repetitive actions for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and balance large oval tray with plates, up to 50lbs, training is provided.
- Must be able to regularly work in an outdoor environment.
- Must have a current City of Roswell Pouring License within a week of date of hire.
