We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in retail sales. As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, assisting with product selections, and ensuring the shop runs smoothly.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Assist in the sales process, including upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Help maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing sales.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the pro shop area.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries or tee times over the phone.
