Program Details :
- Engage in our Flexible Learning Program, available both in-person at our Broadway Plaza offices opposite Nordstrom and online for your convenience
- Participate in lessons, seminars, and mentorship sessions tailored to your learning style
- Get hands-on experience by observing open houses and shadowing appointments and meetings during the initial weeks of the program
- Accelerate your career to new heights
There is an initial training period (2-3 months) where you will be given the opportunity to learn more about the real estate industry, how to work and excel in a dynamic team environment and for the successful candidate earn yourself a place on our coveted mentorship program. Once a mentee you will be given the opportunity to earn up to 50% splits on your first deal, even before program completion! We cover the whole of the East Bay Area so the opportunities available are vast.
