We are seeking a highly skilled Head of AI and Data Analytics to lead the development and execution of our AI and data strategy. This role is crucial in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making, optimize operations, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in AI, machine learning, and analytics, capable of aligning data initiatives with our long-term business objectives.
We are seeking someone who can have or do the following:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a data and AI roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
- AI & Data Strategy: Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions, predictive analytics, and automation to enhance business performance.
- Data Infrastructure: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data architecture and pipelines.
- Analytics & Insights: Generate actionable insights from data to inform business strategies and enhance customer experiences.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, ethical AI practices, and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive teams to integrate AI and analytics into key business functions.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of emerging AI and data trends to keep the company at the cutting edge of technology.
You have:
- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, cloud computing, and big data technologies.
- Experience in developing and executing AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
To be more specific you must have:
- A strong background in AI for data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and ability to be responsible for AI practices.
- Must have expertise in Impact Measurement & AI for Social Good – Experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics, sustainability data, or impact assessment.
- Must be able to develop AI models that drive measurable impact while ensuring ethical AI use.
- Proficiency in AI & Data Science – Strong in machine learning, predictive modeling, and natural language processing (NLP) to analyze sustainability reports, regulatory data, and global climate trends.
- Strong Data Engineering Skills – Ability to build scalable data pipelines, clean datasets, and manage cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ethical AI & Governance Knowledge – Understanding of AI transparency, bias mitigation, and compliance with global data regulations (GDPR, AI Act, etc.).
- A Lean & Agile Mindset – Comfortable working in a small, agile team, developing cost-effective AI solutions that align with GCG objectives.
- Hands-on Development Experience – Proficient in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.), with experience in automating reporting and impact analytics.
