As the Contract Manufacturing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of
The Good Crisp Company. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Operations to
manage third-party contract manufacturing partners. Your responsibilities will include
managing production schedules, ensuring material availability, and overseeing timely delivery
of finished products. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong focus
on process improvement, ability to adapt quickly, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
While we have a preference for candidates based in Boulder/Denver, we are open to remote applicants as well. The compensation range for this role is$90,000 - $120,000 annually.

As the Contract Manufacturing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of
The Good Crisp Company. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Operations to
manage third-party contract manufacturing partners. Your responsibilities will include
managing production schedules, ensuring material availability, and overseeing timely delivery

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations at third-party contract manufacturers, domestic and international to ensure a smooth supply network
- Lead monthly reviews with contract manufacturers discussing
- Active projects and continuous improvement efforts
- Production planning and capacity
- Sourcing and product quality needs
- Partner with QA Manager to ensure supplier compliance with our TGCC quality expectations manual and programs. Responsible for exceptional and consistent product quality and taste
- Visit third-party manufacturers for production trials and partnership visits
- Collaborate with raw material and packaging suppliers to maintain adequate inventory levels ahead of production schedules
- Partner with internal planning team to align production needs with inventory management strategies
- Coordinate and manage all production calendars and oversee monthly forecast submissions
- Create, maintain, and update transactional records in the ERP system, including BOMs, assemblies, transfer orders, and purchase order receipts
- Supervise and lead the month-end close process for manufacturing operations
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to assist with company initiatives and decision-making
- Actively engage in new product development initiatives, contributing to the planning, development, and commercialization stages
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4 years experience in the CPG or physical product space
- Experience working directly with contract manufacturers and suppliers
- Ability to travel as needed to multiple contract manufacturing sites
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
